Welcome to Brom, a proprietary website and mobile application operated by Brom Limited. By accessing or using the Brom platform , you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined below. We understand that legal documents can be long and, honestly, not the most exciting thing to read. Still, it's important that you go through these Terms carefully, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and how Brom works. By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. 3. Use of the Platform
Brom provides a platform that connects consumers with independent vendors and delivery riders. Brom does not prepare food items listed on the Platform. Food preparation is handled independently by vendors. However, Brom oversees the packaging standards, order handling, and delivery process to ensure orders are safely packaged and delivered to users in a timely and professional manner.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders placed through Brom are considered confirmed once payment is successful.
- Prices and availability of goods are determined by vendors. Brom may apply service or delivery fees where applicable.

5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully made on the platform.
- Refunds, where applicable, are subject to vendor review and Brom's refund policy. Brom reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on order status, vendor confirmation, and rider activity.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

8. Account Suspension
Brom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Quality Assurance, Platform Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Brom operates a curated online marketplace and applies reasonable and commercially appropriate quality control measures in the onboarding, monitoring, and continued engagement of vendors listed on the platform. Vendors are required to meet Brom's minimum standards for product quality, hygiene, compliance, and service delivery, and may be reviewed, suspended, or removed for failure to meet these standards.
Delivery riders operating on the Brom platform are engaged under Brom's operational guidelines and are required to comply with Brom's conduct, safety, and service policies while fulfilling delivery services.
Notwithstanding the above, Brom does not manufacture, prepare, or directly handle vendor products and, as such, cannot guarantee the absolute quality, safety, or suitability of items provided by third-party vendors. Similarly, while Brom enforces rider compliance policies, it does not assume liability for actions that occur outside the reasonable control of the platform.
The platform and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
Brom may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
